The GT Titanium Pull Test Guarantee
Use them on real jobs for 14 days. If GT Titanium tabs don't outperform your plastic tabs, send them back for a full refund. Used is fine. That's the point.
How It Works
- You have 14 days from delivery to test your tabs on real repairs.
- Not happy? Email us at gttitaniumpdr@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions.
- Send back all tabs from your kit (and the Titan Case, if it came with your order), cleaned of glue residue.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
Policy Updates
GT Titanium may update this policy from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
