Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please double-check your order details at checkout to avoid delays.

We currently ship within the United States.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

All orders ship tracked and insured.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Need to change your order or address? Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. GT Titanium isn't responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
